Most health experts will first advise you to start with a proper nutrition as a way to help you naturally balance the hormonal system. But since I’m no food expert and love gluten, sweets and hedonistically consume 10 pages long list of foods a nutritionist would forbid me to eat, I’ll tell you how we yogis balance our glandular system.
We use “One Minute Breath” Meditation.
And I personally add the “Silver Triangle Mudra.”
Now, it doesn’t sound as delicious as “Banana-Avocado-Healthy-Smoothie” but it will reset the glandular system if you practise it daily and consistently. Proven by thousands and thousands of yogis and thousands of years of yogis practising it. Uh, many thousands and yogis here.
Silver Triangle Mudra is thumb, pinkie and ring finger together, index and middle finger are extended out.

Another 3 effective practices for hormonal health are inside THIS COURSE and there are at least 5 more amazing things we yogis do to balance glandular system, and you can learn about them HERE.
PS: One Minute Breath Meditation is “officially” done by inhaling for 20 seconds, suspending the breath for 20 seconds and exhaling of 20 seconds. But I don’t want you to faint while doing your first breath practice, so I’m leading you through beginners version, ok? Feel free to practice for longer periods of time, just make sure the ratio between inhale : suspension : exhale is always 1:1:1.
