  • What changes have you noticed in your life after the retreat?

How the practice from the Women’s Retreat can be built around my lifestyle. For example, I do not need to rush home and get my yoga matt out. My practice can take place whilst I am lying in bed (before going to bed or upon waking the next morning), or whilst I am travelling to work.

  •  What did you like best about the retreat?

 The retreat was a perfect “gift to me from me”.   I was not expecting to go on a retreat at all during my holidays.  Having experienced one of Sandra’s complimentary vinyasa flow classes.  I was intrigued to find out more about her retreat as well as getting to know Sandra’s style of teaching which is equally important.    What I liked best – well as I have mentioned above it provided me with a gift which was “Me Time/Self-Care” I was allowed to focus on myself for a few days without any interruptions which were a blessing.   

  •  If I had to describe the retreat in a single phrase:

Worthy I am.    

In a world where we live by rules/or valuing what others think of our appearance, our bodies, filtering our opinions to be wanted/liked/to fit in with the right crowd whether in the work/social environment.

Sandra’s teaching brings us back down to reality to focus on ourselves, our knowledge, core values and beliefs.  She coaches us to follow our intuition, raising our energy, confidence and courage – with amazing Kundalini Yoga and Mantras.    The confidence and courage evolve further on how you take Sandra’s practice with you back home as self-development. 

Suddenly the practice becomes reality when you start to take control and make little changes to your lifestyle – which in fact are big changes and for sure it will be noticed.   How I was TRANSITIONS into How I am going to be.  Trust me, you will make the changes if you really believe in yourself – Worthy I am, I am wearing my crown!
