The other day I was chatting with a beautiful woman from Slovenia.
Her: “I think my muscles are too flabby and I’m considering to define my body but … don’t you think yoga is too soft to help me get back in shape?”
Me: “Great question! May I prepare short, simple practice to show you that yoga can make you strong? Plus focused, plus confident?”
