Meditation To Relieve PMS and Period Pain

Welcome to the club of mood swings, tender breasts and angry bursts!

 

In this club we celebrate all the changes and fluctations that are happening in our bodies

 

and instead of taking pain killers we create them!

 

Joke aside, if you’re feeling moody and wanna kick everyone’s ass before your period or while on your period,
